1. Services Overview

The Outdoor Touch provides seasonal outdoor décor styling services, including design, installation, removal, and seasonal care. Styling is design-led and uses company-owned décor selected to create a cohesive and intentional outdoor presentation.

Services may include seasonal styling, holiday styling, and special occasion styling. Furniture is not provided. Accent décor may be styled on existing furniture when appropriate.

All services are subject to availability and approval based on scope, timing, and location.

2. Booking & Payment

Service requests are submitted through the website or approved booking channels. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full.

Pricing is based on the selected service tier or approved custom scope. Holiday and special-occasion styling may be priced separately from seasonal styling services.

Payment must be completed prior to installation. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule services with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and seasonal scheduling constraints.

Cancellations made within a short notice window may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment due to reserved inventory, labor, and scheduling commitments.

Weather-related rescheduling may occur at the company’s discretion to ensure safe installation and quality results.

4. Décor Ownership & Care

All décor provided and installed by The Outdoor Touch remains the property of the company at all times.

Clients agree not to move, store, alter, or remove installed décor unless otherwise directed. Normal wear due to outdoor conditions is expected. Damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

5. Property Access & Installation Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the styling area at the scheduled installation and removal times. Pets should be secured, and walkways should be accessible.

The Outdoor Touch is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to unsafe conditions, blocked access, or unforeseen property issues.

6. Design Discretion

Styling decisions are made using a professional, design-led approach based on the selected style and seasonal palette. While general preferences may be considered, exact placement or specific décor selection is not guaranteed.

7. Photography & Marketing

The Outdoor Touch may photograph completed installations for portfolio, website, and marketing use. Identifying information such as house numbers or street signage will be removed or avoided when possible.

Clients who wish to opt out of photography must notify the company in writing prior to installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Outdoor Touch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, text, and branding are the property of The Outdoor Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
